Booking FAQ
Everything organizers usually ask before booking. Don't see yours? Ask us directly.
Pricing depends on your event type, location, travel distance, and the number of shows you'd like in a day. School assemblies, festivals, and ministry events are each quoted differently - reach out through our booking form or call one of our regional contacts and we'll put together a quote for your event, usually within a couple of days.
We're flexible. The show is best on a flat area 130 feet long by 20 feet wide, but we routinely adapt to gyms, parking lots, fields, stages, and even tight indoor spaces. Tell us what you have and we'll design the show around it.
Yes. We regularly perform in school gymnasiums and indoor arenas. We need adequate ceiling height and floor length for the bigger aerial tricks. Reach out to us if your space is smaller than a standard Gym, and we will talk through what is possible.
Yes. StuntDudes carry liability insurance, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for your event prior to booking.
Our standard performance is 40-60 minutes depending on the event. Most School Assembly programs are 40 minutes. Many festival type events we break the show into multiple shorter segments throughout the day. We have options, so feel free to talk with us about the details of your event so we can best meet your needs.
Everywhere. We have teams based on the West Coast and in the Midwest, and we've performed in over 50 countries. Domestic and international bookings are both welcome - travel costs are factored into your quote.
A flat performance area, access for loading in our ramps and bikes, and a PA system if you have one (we can discuss sound options if you don't). We arrive early to set up and handle our own equipment.
Our school programs pair world-class BMX riding with a positive, age-appropriate message - themes like perseverance, good choices, and anti-bullying - customized with your administration ahead of time.
Absolutely - ministry events are a core part of what we do. Our athletes share a faith-based message alongside the show, and we work with your leadership to fit the tone and emphasis of your outreach, youth event, or service.
The earlier the better - peak seasons (back-to-school, spring, and summer festival season) fill up months out. That said, reach out even on short notice; if a team is routing near you we can sometimes make it work.
For outdoor events we work with you on a rain plan - moving indoors, adjusting the schedule, or rescheduling. Rider safety comes first since wet surfaces aren't safe for BMX and skate tricks, and we sort out the details in your booking agreement.
